Test Center Preparation

Network team sanitizes and prepare the test center. This includes, servers, client machines, network, power supply etc. Dry run of the entire test is done on previous day to ensure smooth functioning on the test day.

On the test day, testing agency sets up everything as required. Downloads the required data, depending on the nature of examination.

The candidates come in with the admit cards.

The proctors/front office staff check the admit cards for validity and assign a computer.

The candidate sits on a computer assigned to him/her. In some type of exams, the canidate can not site elsewhere other than the one assigned.

At the scheduled time the Test administrator 'starts' the examination, by activating a link in the server. And the exam begins

If a candidate faces any problem due to infrastructure, a different/stand-by computer is assigned.

The candidates can close the exam whenever they want. However the test closes automatically at the end of scheduled time.

The scores can be calculated and shown on the screen, if the client wants transperancy. Some clients have their process either for reservations and/or any other reason and in that situation, scores are declared after certain time taking care of the post exam process.

The results are processed and merit lists are generated as required.
